This fastening structure is provided with a plate-shaped first electroconductive member extending at a fixed gap from the top surface of a wall section, a second electroconductive member fastened to the first electroconductive member, a nut disposed about an axis line that extends in a thickness direction of the first electroconductive member between the first electroconductive member and the wall section, a bolt that is disposed along the axis line so as to pass through the first electroconductive member and the second electroconductive member and that is threaded through the nut, and a nut holder that is provided between the nut and the wall section and that regulates the rotation of the nut. Formed in the wall section is a recess into which the bottom part of the nut holder fits. The length over which the nut holder can move in the axial direction relative to the nut in contact with the first electroconductive member is less than the axial length from the top surface of the wall section to the bottom surface of the bottom part fitted in the recess.
