Abstract:
A fat processing apparatus, comprising a cleaning module and a crushing module. The cleaning module comprises a cleaning means and a liquid reservoir; the cleaning means can clean fat in the liquid reservoir by using a cleaning solution, and after cleaning, the liquid reservoir is placed still for layering; the layers comprise a fat layer and a cleaning solution layer; the liquid reservoir is connected to a fat input tube (6), a cleaning solution input tube (7), a fat output tube (8), and a waste liquid tube (9); the fat enters the liquid reservoir through the fat input tube (6); the cleaning solution enters the liquid reservoir through the cleaning solution input tube (7); the cleaning solution layer is discharged by the waste liquid tube (9); the liquid reservoir transfers, by means of the fat output tube (8), the fat layer to the crushing module for crushing. The apparatus can clean extracted fat and crush the cleaned fat to obtain fat particles having excellent particle size distribution.
