Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a fatigue curve calibration method and a readable storage medium. The fatigue curve calibration method comprises the following steps: acquiring test data under a preset test condition, wherein the test data comprises a voltage level and a lifetime duration, which have a correspondence; linearizing a preset lifetime function expression; fitting the linearized preset lifetime function expression on the basis of the test data, so as to obtain a first coefficient to be determined; and substituting said coefficient into the preset lifetime function expression, so as to obtain an expected lifetime curve. On the basis of the expected lifetime curve, a designer can estimate the probability of failure and an expected service life of a specific element in actual working condition, thereby solving the problem in the prior art of the probability of failure and/or the expected service life of a specific element being unclear.
