Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fatigue-resistant conductive composite and a preparation method therefor. The composite comprises silicone rubber and a vulcanizing agent, and further comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of silicone rubber, 2 to 6 parts by weight of carbon nanotube, 2 to 8 parts by weight of carbon nanofiber, and 5 to 15 parts by weight of carbon microfiber; the carbon nanofiber and the carbon microfiber are obtained by means of acid oxidation treatment; the diameter of the carbon nanofiber is on the order of nanometers; the diameter of the carbon microfiber is on the order of micrometers and the length is on the order of millimeters. The preparation method comprises the steps of acid oxidation treatment, mixing and vulcanization. The fatigue-resistant conductive composite of the present invention has excellent fatigue resistance and conductive stability, and is applicable to wearable electronic products, such as smart shoes.
