Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a fault detection method and apparatus for a security chip, an electronic device, and a medium. The method comprises: determining the type of current row data in a fault detection file and, when the current row data is detection policy data, determining composition information of the detection policy data, wherein the composition information of the detection policy data comprises an instruction component; when the instruction component is a compound instruction, generating a detection instruction according to a fault detection dictionary and the instruction component, wherein the fault detection dictionary is generated according to a detection result of preceding row data in the fault detection file; and, according to the detection instruction and the composition information, performing fault detection on a chip to be tested. The fault detection method and apparatus for a security chip, the electronic device, and the medium in the present invention may automatically transmit in the form of the compound instruction the detection result of the preceding row data to fault detection corresponding to the current row data, thus avoiding manual copying for transmission, reducing human participation, and improving the degree of automation of fault detection.
