Abstract:
An FDM printer nozzle and a 3D printer applying same. The FDM printer nozzle comprises a motor (1), a feeding assembly (2), a heat sink (3), a heating block (4), and an extrusion nozzle (5), and further comprises a throat pipe assembly (6). The throat pipe assembly (6) comprises a throat pipe (61) made of a material having good resistance to high temperature and barrier to heat conduction, and a mounting member (62), the throat pipe (61) is mounted between the heat sink (3) and the heating block (4) by means of the mounting member (62), and a gap is reserved between the upper end surface of the throat pipe (61) and the heat sink (3). The motor (1) drives the feeding assembly (2) to feed a material (7) to the heating block (4) through the throat pipe (61), and the material (7) is extruded through the extrusion nozzle (5). The throat pipe (61) is made of a material having resistance to high temperature, good heat insulation, and self-lubrication, or a Teflon material, so that the heat conduction through the throat pipe (61) is greatly reduced, the temperature of the feeding channel above the heating block (4) is low enough to ensure that the material is not softened, and the fed material having low hardness and high elasticity can be effectively transmitted before entering the heating block (4).
