Abstract:
According to the present invention, a base steel sheet containing 0.50-3.00 mass% of Si is subjected to Fe-based electroplating by using an Fe-based electroplating solution containing Fe ions and transition metal ions other than Fe ions so as to form an Fe-based electroplated layer, and annealing is subsequently performed thereon. In the Fe-based electroplating solution, the Fe ion content is 1.0 mass% or more, and the transition metal ion content is 10-1000 mass ppm. The adhesion amount of the Fe-based electroplated layer per surface of the base steel sheet is 1.0 g/m2 or more. Thus, a steel sheet having high strength and also having excellent resistance to resistance-welding cracking at a welded part is obtained.
