Abstract:
The present invention addresses the purpose of providing a steel powder for a hot-working tool that is suitable for additive manufacturing and in which high thermal conductivity and hardness can be obtained in an additively manufactured article produced from the powder, and provides an Fe-based alloy powder that contains, by mass%, 0.40 < C < 0.70, Si < 0.60, Mn < 0.90, Cr < 4.00, Ni < 2.00, 0.90 < Mo < 1.20, W< 2.00, V < 0.60, and Al < 0.10, with the remainder being made up by Fe and unavoidable impurities, and in which relationships (1) and (2): [relationship (1)]: K1 > 21.7, [relationship (2)]: K2 > 29.0, are satisfied, and the average particle diameter D50 is 200 μm or below.
