Abstract:
An Fe-Ni based alloy solder wire for 800H alloy welding, comprising the following chemical components in mass percentage: C 0.05-0.10%, Si≤1.0%, Mn≤1.5%, Ni 29.0-32.0%, Cr 17.0-19.0%, Nb 0.35-0.45%, Mo 1.50-2.50%, Al 2.5-3.0%, N≤0.03%, B≤0.01%, S 0.002-0.008%, and P 0.008-0.009%, the remainder being Fe; the chemical components of the present Fe-Ni based alloy solder wire are rational; after being used for 800H alloy welding, the resulting welding seam has a tensile strength of 557.6 MPa and elongation of 37.5% at room temperature, and a tensile strength of 420MPa and elongation of 17.25% at 650℃. Also provided are a preparation method for the Fe-Ni based alloy solder wire for 800H alloy welding and an 800h alloy welding method.
