Abstract:
A federated learning-based regional photovoltaic power probability prediction method, mainly comprising the following steps: defining each photovoltaic power station participating in probability prediction of a federated learning framework in a region, collecting information and corresponding photovoltaic power variables within a period of time, and collecting the variables according to a time sequence to form a sample data set; carrying out missing value and abnormal value processing on the sample data set obtained in the previous step; segmenting the sample data set of the photovoltaic power station into a training set and a test set according to a certain proportion; normalizing the training set and the test set respectively; constructing a federated learning framework; and establishing a global prediction model by a central server according to prediction requirements, defining a training error function and precision requirements, and distributing a network structure and initialization parameters to each photovoltaic power station.
