Abstract:
This feed screw mechanism (30) comprises: a rotating member (31) having a female thread (31a) on the inner peripheral surface; a linearly moving member (32) which has in the outer peripheral surface a male thread (32a) that directly or indirectly screws into the female thread (31a), and which moves linearly with the rotation of the rotating member (31); a lubricant contained between the female thread (31a) and the male thread (32a); a housing (5) that contains the rotating member (31) and the linearly moving member (32); and a wall part (36) protruding radially from the outer peripheral surface of the linearly moving member (32). The wall part (36) moves linearly together with the linearly moving member (32), and the outer radial end of the wall part (36) is disposed so as to not come into contact with the inner peripheral surface of the housing (5) and members provided on the inner peripheral surface of the housing (5), or to be capable of sliding in relation to the inner peripheral surface of the housing (5) or members provided on the inner peripheral surface of the housing (5).
