Provided in the present invention are a feedback method and an acquisition method for grouping indication information and a device. The feedback method for the grouping indication information comprises: determining M resources from a candidate transmission resource set, dividing the M resources into N type one resource groups, where M is an integer greater than or equal to 1, and N is a positive integer less than or equal to M; feeding back to a first communication node indication information used for indicating the M resources and type one grouping indication information used for indicating the division of the M resources into the N type one resource groups, where resources in the candidate resource set comprise at least one of the following resource types: a transmission beam resource, a transmission antenna resource, a transmission port resource, a transmission frequency-domain resource, a transmission sequence resource, and a transmission time-domain resource. Solved is the problem found in the prior art in which reasonable and flexible management and scheduling of transmission beams and/or reception beams could not be implemented, thus achieving the effect of flexible management and scheduling of the transmission beams and/or reception beams.
