Abstract:
Disclosed is a feeding device of a textile apparatus, the device comprising a supporting plate (1), a supporting frame (3), a feeding roller (4), a fixing frame (9), a first rotating seat (11), a guide roller (14), a lower supporting seat (15), an upper pressing seat (16), a third bearing (18), a bearing sleeve (19), a screw rod (20), a locking nut (21), a feed pressing seat (22), and a driving device (24). Multiple supporting legs (2) are arranged at a lower end of the supporting plate, the supporting frame is arranged on the supporting plate, two first bearings (6) are arranged on the supporting frame, first connecting shafts (5) are arranged at two ends of the feeding roller and are connected to first bearing inner rings, the fixing frame is arranged on the supporting plate, a first pin (10) is arranged on the fixing frame, the first rotating seat is rotationally connected to the first pin, a second connecting shaft (12) is arranged on the first rotating seat, one end of the guide roller is provided with a second bearing (13) connected to the second connecting shaft, the other end of the guide roller is provided with a third connecting shaft (17), a third bearing inner ring is connected to the third connecting shaft, a third bearing outer ring is connected to the bearing sleeve, a lower end of the screw rod is rotationally connected to a third pin (157), the other end of the screw rod is in threaded connection with the locking nut, the feed pressing seat is located under the guide roller, the driving device is connected to the lower end of the supporting plate, and a movable end of the driving device is connected to the feed pressing seat. The feeding device provides stable feeding to a textile apparatus, and the feeding roller is convenient to disassemble, assemble and maintain.
