Abstract:
Disclosed is a feeding device with restraint for four corners of a card, the feeding device comprising a base (1C), a PLC control module, a first support (1B) and a feeding module (1A), wherein the feeding module (1A) is mounted on the first support (1B) and forms an included angle of 30°±15° with a horizontal plane; the feeding module (1A) comprises a workbench (1), and a card slot (2) provided in the workbench (1) and forming an included angle of 30°±15° with the horizontal plane; on either side of the card slot (2), two sets of card corner restraining devices are symmetrically arranged, and each set comprises two electric motors (17, 18), two electric motor drivers, two sensors (8, 20), and two rubber wheels (4, 5) arranged perpendicular to the bottom face of the card slot (2) and in an overlapping manner; and the four rubber wheels (4, 5, 15, 16) restrain the four corners of a card, such that each discharged card is perpendicular to the bottom face of the card slot (2) and parallel to the card next to same. The feeding device with restraint for four corners of a card can restrain cards in a preset position, with the precision controlled within 0.3 mm, so as to ensure that each discharged card is in a state parallel to the next card.
