Claims:
CLAIMS

1. A machine (1) for clearing of soil-mixed materials from soil, screening the materials dimensionally and preferably feeding them into crushers; comprising at least one body (2) wherein the materials desired to be cleared of and screened are transferred; at least one roller (3) which is located on the body (2) and enables to move the material transferred to the body (2) by performing rotary motion by means of a shaft that is located in the inner part thereof, and which is located on the body (2) so as to be almost parallel to one another; at least one engine (4) which provides rotary motion to the shaft and thus the roller (3), by being located on at least one end of the shaft contained by the roller (3); and characterized by at least one engine stand (5) which enables to position the engine (4) on the body (2) and provides the engine (4) movement in a horizontal direction by moving onto the body (2) horizontally; at least one motion member (6) which enables the engine stand (5) to move back and forth on the body (2) in a horizontal direction; and at least one truss structure (7) which is connected to at least two engine stands (5) located on the body (2) from the ends thereof, moves at least two engine stands (5) on the body (2) in a horizontal direction by means of the motion it receives from the motion member (6), moves away and approaches the engine stands (5) relative to one another by enabling the engine stands (5) to perform opening and closing movement relative to one another, and enables to adjust the positions thereof and thus to open and close the roller (3) intervals.

A machine (1) according to Claim 1; characterized by the body (2) which is a section wherein the earthy material is fed in order to ensure feeding of stones that are desired to be cleared of soil and present on a specific size and wherein foreign materials such as soil, etc. on the material are cleared of upon the rollers (3) move.

3. A machine (1) according to Claim 1 or 2; characterized by the body (2) wherein a plurality of rollers (3) and a plurality of engines (4) connected to shafts on the end part of the rollers (3) are included.

A machine (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the body (2) which comprises at least one impact sheet that the materials being carried by the rollers (3) contact while they exit and that is located at the end of the rollers (3), a body sheet that is located at both ends of the rollers (3) and wherein the rollers (3) are fixed, at least one blade that extends upwards from the body sheet and a body sheet that is located on the inner part of the body (2), and at least one lining that is located on the pieces of the impact sheet.

A machine (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the roller (3) which is provided in a plurality of numbers and located on the body (2) so as to be almost parallel to one another. 6. A machine (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the roller (3) which is configured to transfer the rotary motion it receives from the engine (4) by means of a shaft located on its inner part, to the earthy material located on it. 7. A machine (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the roller (3) two end of which are connected to the body (2) by means of a bearing member (8) and one engine (4) is located in at least one of the bearing members (8).

8. A machine (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the engine (4) which is used for providing motion to the roller (3) and used one in number for each roller (3).

9. A machine (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the engine (4) which is connected to the roller (3) over the bearing member (8) and ensures that the roller (3) performs rotary motion by providing motion to the shaft.

10. A machine (1) according to any of Claim 7 to 9; characterized by the engine (4) which is connected to the shaft over the bearing member (8) by means of a coupling (9) and wherein a lubricating system is included in each bearing member (8).

11. A machine (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the engine stand (5) which is used for enabling the engine (4) to be positioned on the body (2) and also for embedding it to move.

12. A machine (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the engine stand (5) which enables to increase and reduce the distances between the rollers (3) by moving on the body (2), by moving in a horizontal direction with the engine (4) located on it.

13. A machine (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the engine stand (5) which moves back and forth on a slide next to the body (2), upon being driven by the motion member (6).

14. A machine (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the motion member (6) which is a piston and provides reciprocating motion to the engine stand (5).

15. A machine (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the truss structure (7) which performs opening and closing movement by means of the motion they receive from the motion member (6), upon they are connected to one another and the rollers (3) from their ends.

16. A machine (1) according to any of the preceding claims; characterized by the truss structure (7) which consists of four bars, wherein the bars create a closed structure upon they are interconnected from their ends, and which are connected to the rollers (3) and to each other from two ends of the closed structure they created.

Description:
A FEEDING MACHINE WITH TRUSS STRUCTURE

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a feeding machine which is particularly used for feeding material in front of a crusher and enables to clear of foreign materials, such as soil in stones to be crushed that move on rollers by means of the rotary motion created by rollers it has, over the stones and to adjust the distance between rollers by means of a truss structure.

Background of the Invention

Machines known as Wobbler and used for the purpose of feeding, screening are frequently used in the mining industry. The said machines are particularly used for both transfer of a material -that is stone- to be fed to crushers and transfer of a material to be crushed in a desired size and lastly for discharging undesired materials such as sand, etc. on a material to be crushed, from the material surface. Machines which are used for the purpose of feeding, screening and included in the state of the art essentially consist of a plurality of rollers that perform rotary motion. By means of the motion of rollers, it is ensured that both stones can reach the crushers and the foreign materials on thereof are removed from the surfaces of stones. And the distance between the rollers enable stones in desired sizes to be transmitted to the crusher, by ensuring that the stones to be crushed are screened. When it is desired to change the size of stones to be crushed in machines which are used in the state of the art, adjustment of distance is carried out by disassembling the rollers and the rollers are operated again. And this causes many interruptions in production and also leads to requirement of manpower. Therefore, today there is need for solutions whereby distance between rollers can be adjusted without the need for disassembling the rollers in machines used for the purpose of feeding and screening.

The United States patent document no. US2017164563A1, an application in the state of the art, discloses a system and method for providing feeding by means of moving grinders which are located on counter-rotating feeder rollers. The said invention includes opposed, first and second feeder rollers. When the feeder is actuated, the first feeder roller is operable to rotate in a first direction and the second feeder roller is operable to rotate in a second direction (opposite to the first direction) so as to draw the material into thereof; a chipping subassembly contained within the housing behind the feeder subassembly can also be provided; it comprises a chipping subassembly including first and second, opposed chipping heads each of which carries cutting teeth for chipping; when the chipping subassembly is actuated, the first chipping head is operable to rotate in a third direction and the second chipping head is operable to rotate in a fourth direction (opposite to the second direction).

Summary of the Invention

An objective of the present invention is to realize a feeding machine which enables to feed materials such as stones to be crushed into crushers, to screen them at the stage of feeding dimensionally and to adjust the distances between the rollers -which enable to clear of foreign materials such as stone, etc. that are included together with the material to be crushed- from the material to be crushed by means of a truss.

Detailed Description of the Invention

“A Feeding Machine with Truss Structure” realized to fulfil the objective of the present invention is shown in the figure attached, in which: Figure 1 is a side perspective view of the inventive feeding machine with truss structure.

Figure 2 is a detailed perspective view of rollers, an engine which provides rotary motion to rollers and a piston configuration which provides reciprocating motion to rollers in the inventive feeding machine with truss structure.

Figure 3 is a view of motions of a truss structure in the inventive feeding machine with truss structure.

The inventive machine (1) for clearing of soil-mixed materials from soil, screening the materials dimensionally and preferably feeding them into crushers comprises: at least one body (2) wherein the materials desired to be cleared of and screened are transferred; at least one roller (3) which is located on the body (2) and enables to move the material transferred to the body (2) by performing rotary motion by means of a shaft that is located in the inner part thereof, and which is located on the body (2) so as to be almost parallel to one another; at least one engine (4) which provides rotary motion to the shaft and thus the roller (3), by being located on at least one end of the shaft contained by the roller (3); at least one engine stand (5) which enables to position the engine (4) on the body (2) and provides the engine (4) movement in a horizontal direction by moving onto the body (2) horizontally; at least one motion member (6) which enables the engine stand (5) to move back and forth on the body (2) in a horizontal direction; and at least one truss structure (7) which is connected to at least two engine stands (5) located on the body (2) from the ends thereof, moves at least two engine stands (5) on the body (2) in a horizontal direction by means of the motion it receives from the motion member (6), moves away and approaches the engine stands (5) relative to one another by enabling the engine stands (5) to perform opening and closing movement relative to one another, and enables to adjust the positions thereof and thus to open and close the roller (3) intervals.

In the inventive machine (1), the body (2) is a section wherein the earthy material is fed in order to ensure feeding of stones that are desired to be cleared of soil and present on a specific size and wherein foreign materials such as soil, etc. on the material are cleared of upon the rollers (3) move. A plurality of rollers (3) and a plurality of engines (4) connected to shafts on the end part of the rollers (3) are included on the body (2).

In one preferred embodiment of the invention, the body (2) comprises at least one impact sheet that the materials being carried by the rollers (3) contact while they exit and that is located at the end of the rollers (3), a body sheet that is located at both ends of the rollers (3) and wherein the rollers (3) are fixed, at least one blade that extends upwards from the body sheet and a body sheet that is located on the inner part of the body (2), and at least one lining that is located on the pieces of the impact sheet. In the inventive machine (1), the roller (3) is provided in a plurality of numbers and located on the body (2) so as to be almost parallel to one another. The rollers (3) transfer the rotary motion it receives from the engine (4) by means of a shaft located on its inner part, to the earthy material located on it. Two end of the roller (3) are connected to the body (2) by means of a bearing member (8) and one engine (4) is located in at least one of the bearing members (8). In the inventive machine (1), a body sheet is located between the bearing member (8) and the engine (4). Upon the rollers (3) move, it is ensured that soils and materials in an undesired size are cleared of the material desired to be crushed and they are removed from the body (2). In a preferred embodiment, the roller (3) has an indented structure.

In the inventive machine (1), the engine (4) is used for providing motion to the roller (3) and used one in number for each roller (3). The engine (4) is connected to the roller (3) over the bearing member (8) and ensures that the roller (3) performs rotary motion by providing motion to the shaft. The engine (4) drives the roller (3). The engine (4) is connected to the shaft over the bearing member (8) by means of a coupling (9) and a lubricating system is included in each bearing member (8).

The engine stand (5) is used for enabling the engine (4) to be positioned on the body (2) and also for embedding it to move. The engine stand (5) enables to increase and reduce the distances between the rollers (3) by moving on the body

(2), by moving in a horizontal direction with the engine (4) located on it. Thus, the size of materials that will fall on the lower part of the body (2) through the rollers

(3) can be determined. The engine stand (5) moves back and forth on a slide next to the body (2), upon being driven by the motion member (6).

In the inventive machine (1), the motion member (6) is a piston and provides reciprocating motion to the engine stand (5). The motion member (6) is a hydraulic piston. With the reciprocating motion provided by the motion member (6), the rollers (3) approach each other or move away from each other; thus, the soils and the materials in an undesired size included in the earthy material are discharged from a lower chute located on the lower part of the body (2).

In the inventive machine (1), the truss structure (7) performs opening and closing movement by means of the motion they receive from the motion member (6), upon they are connected to one another and the rollers (3) from their ends. The rollers (3) approach each other or move away from each other, by means of the opening and closing motion of the truss structure (7). The truss structure (7) consists of four bars, the bars create a closed structure upon they are interconnected from their ends, and they are connected to the rollers (3) and to each other from two ends of the closed structure they created. Thus, the motion provided to an engine stand (5) by the motion member (6) is transferred to all rollers (3) and it is ensured that the distance between the rollers (3) is adjusted.

The inventive feeding machine (1) is preferably used for feeding materials that are desired to be crushed, to main crushers. Rollers (3) are used in order to ensure that materials can be fed in a desired size and a desired characteristic and as soil-free, the distance between the rollers (3) is provided by means of the drive provided to the engine stands (5) while the rotary motion is given to the rollers (3) by means of the engine (4). Upon the engine stands (5) are moved, the distances between the rollers (3) are adjusted by moving the rollers (3). Therefore, truss structures (7) enabling to drive all rollers upon being connected to both the rollers (3) and to each other are used. With the inventive feeding machine (1), motions of the rollers (3) relative to one another on the body (2) is provided and also the distances between thereof can be adjusted. Thus, the loss of time experienced in the state of the art due to the fact that each roller (3) is disassembled and reassembled is avoided and also it is ensured that the materials are cleared of undesired foreign materials and size of a material to be transmitted to the main crusher is easily adjusted. Within these basic concepts; it is possible to develop various embodiments of the inventive “Feeding Machine with Truss Structure (1)”; the invention cannot be limited to examples disclosed herein and it is essentially according to claims.
