Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fermentation device for manufacturing vinegar, the device comprising: a container body comprising an outer container and an inner container made of a transparent material and spaced apart from each other by a predetermined interval, thereby forming a double layer; a donut-shaped warm-water supply tube for covering the upper portion of the inner and outer containers so as to seal the inside of the double layer, the warm-water supply tube having a hollow shape and having multiple spraying nozzles provided to supply warm water to the double layer between the inner and outer containers; a lid for covering the inner container which corresponds to the center portion of the container body; a warm-water supply portion comprising a warm-water transport tube connecting one side of the lower portion of the outer container and the warm-water supply tube, a heater installed in the warm-water transport tube so as to heat cooled warm water, and a pump for pumping heated warm water and transferring same into the warm-water supply tube; and a vinegar discharge tube connected to the inner container such that vinegar which has undergone a predetermined fermentation process is discharged outwards.
