Abstract:

A fermentation and enzymolysis preparation method for small peptides from a leaf-shaped fish and the use thereof. The preparation process comprises: crushing, degreasing and hydrolyzing a leaf-shaped fish to obtain a hydrolysate; carrying out enzymolysis on the hydrolysate by using a compound enzyme, so as to obtain an enzymatic hydrolysate; fermenting the enzymatic hydrolysate by using microorganisms, so as to obtain a fermentation broth; filtering the fermentation broth, and collecting a supernatant to obtain a crude peptide liquid; then, repeating the processes of enzymolysis, fermentation and filtration on remaining impurities to obtain the crude peptide liquid again; purifying the crude peptide liquid, which was obtained twice, by using a G-15 Sephadex column, and separating same by using gel chromatography to obtain a small peptide liquid containing an amino acid fragment of aspartic acid-arginine-histidine-lysine; and drying and dehumidifying the obtained small peptide liquid to obtain small peptides from the leaf-shaped fish. The small peptides can be used for preparing rations for weaning piglets.
