Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a fermented Ophiocordyceps sinensis powder with high adenosine and high ergosterol, and a production method therefor, which relate to the technical field of fermented Ophiocordyceps sinensis powders. The method comprises: pumping a fermentation broth meeting requirements into a raw material storage tank, and controlling the tank pressure, material temperature and storage time; then performing filtering with the change in pH before and after filtering being ≤1.0, separating mycelia from a filtrate, and removing a fermentation mother liquor; pumping the obtained solution into a concentration buffer storage tank, controlling the storage vacuum degree, temperature and storage time, then concentrating same with the change in pH before and after concentration being ≤1, and discharging same; subjecting the discharged material to a 135-180ºC ultra-high-temperature sterilizer for 4-7 seconds and then inputting same into a buffer storage tank having a drying function, and controlling the vacuum degree and storage time; and finally, performing drying, crushing, etc. to obtain a finished product. The present invention has the beneficial effects whereby the product quality is improved, the water content of the finished product is 1.0%-7.0%, the content of adenosine is ≥0.32%, and the content of ergosterol is ≥0.4% by means of controlling process conditions such as a discharge standard, filtration, concentration and drying.
