A ferrite sheet that is flexible, being resistant to cracking and chipping, and that can be reduced in size and thickness, ensuring wide applicability; and a process for producing the same. There is provided a ferrite sheet comprising flexible pedestal (15) and, arrayed thereon, multiple rows of multiple sintered ferrite pieces (11). Each of the sintered ferrite pieces (11) has the form of a polygon capable of marshaling, and they marshal without any interstices therebetween or with interstices of given dimension therebetween. The pedestal (15) may be an itself adherent sheet or a sheet having top and back surfaces provided with sticky material layers/adhesive layers.
