Abstract:
Provided is ferritic heat-resistant steel having a chemical composition that is, in terms of mass%, 0.07-0.14% C, 0.15-0.35% Si, 0.30-0.55% Mn, not more than 0.0250% P, not more than 0.0030% S, 0.15-0.35% Ni, 8.0-9.7% Cr, 0.20-0.60% Mo, 1.50-2.30% W, 0.16-0.25% V, 0.020-0.120% Nb, 0.0010-0.0050% B, 0.010-0.080% N, not more than 0.020% Al, and not more than 0.020% O, the remainder being Fe and impurities, wherein the V content VER in precipitate obtained by extraction residue analysis satisfies [-0.2×C+0.060≤VER≤-0.1×C+0.160].
