Abstract:
Provided is a ferritic stainless steel pipe having a chemical composition comprising, in % by mass, 0.050% or less of C, 3.0% or less of Si, 1.00% or less of Mn, 0.060% or less of P, 0.0100% or less of S, 14.0 to 25.0% of Cr, 5.0% or less of Al, 0.050% or less of N, 0.0001 to 0.0100% of B and a remainder comprising Fe and impurities. In the ferritic stainless steel pipe, the area ratio of crystal grains having <110> orientation is 21.0% or less and the largest area of the crystal grains is 145000 μm2 or less in a cross-sectional surface that is perpendicular to the pipe extending direction.
