Abstract:
A ferroelectric memory and an electronic device, relating to the technical field of ferroelectric memories, and used for regulating a turn-on voltage of a ferroelectric memory element (20). The ferroelectric memory comprises a substrate (200) as well as a first voltage line, a second voltage line, and the ferroelectric memory element (20) which are provided on the substrate (200); the ferroelectric memory element (20) comprises a ferroelectric thin film layer (201) provided on the substrate (200); the ferroelectric thin film layer (201) comprises a ferroelectric memory unit (2011) protruding towards the side away from the substrate (200); the ferroelectric memory element (20) further comprises a first electrode (202) and a second electrode (203) which are oppositely arranged on two sides of the ferroelectric memory unit (2011); the first electrode (202) is in contact with both a first surface and a side surface of the ferroelectric memory unit (2011), and the second electrode (203) is in contact with the first surface and/or a side surface of the ferroelectric memory unit (2011); the first surface refers to a surface of the ferroelectric memory unit (2011) parallel to the substrate (200) and distant from the substrate (200); the first electrode (202) is electrically connected to the first voltage line; the second electrode (203) is electrically connected to the second voltage line.
