Abstract:
Disclosed is a fiber comb teeth anti-fall mechanism for a FRP plate, the mechanism comprising a feeding frame (1) for having a fiber material plate placed thereon, a comb teeth assembly (3) arranged downstream of the feeding frame (1) and used for dividing fibers into multiple bundles, and a feeding roller (4) located downstream of the comb teeth assembly (3), wherein the comb teeth assembly (3) comprises a comb teeth frame (31) and a comb teeth rod (33) which is mounted on a lower end face of a cross beam (32) of the comb teeth frame (31) and which extends downwards; and an auxiliary pipe (310) extending toward the feeding roller (4) is arranged on the comb teeth rod (33). The anti-fall mechanism further comprises an air supply portion (312) for supplying air to the auxiliary pipe (310). The mechanism slowly blows the fibers by means of the auxiliary pipe to ensure the stable conveying thereof, thus ensuring the stability of feeding a downstream cutting mechanism and the uniform arrangement of the fibers on the feeding roller.
