Abstract:
This fiber-reinforced resin pultruded article is obtained by molding fiber sheets. The fiber sheets are semipreg sheets fused with, on at least fiber surfaces thereof, a thermoplastic powder resin serving as a matrix of the pultruded article. In the fiber-reinforced resin pultruded article, the fiber sheets are pultruded and are made integral by being filled with the thermoplastic resin inside and between the fiber sheets. Molded articles 40 are molded by: converging fiber sheets 33 to be supplied to a heating part 34 of a pultrusion die 37; compressing the fiber sheets 33 while heating the sheets in the heating part 34 at not less than a resin fluid temperature or a melting point of the thermoplastic resin; molding the resultant in the molding part 35; cooling the resultant in a cooling part 36 so as to form a pultruded article; and pulling the resultant from the pultrusion die 37 using pulling rollers 38a, 38b.
