Abstract:
[Abstract] [Problem] The purposes of the present invention are: to provide a fiber treatment agent composed of an aqueous silicone dispersion that is capable of rapidly forming, by means of room-temperature drying, a silicone elastomer film having elongation and strength; and to provide a film which is said dried product. Furthermore, another purpose of the present invention is to form a film by means of room-temperature drying without using a highly active catalyst, such as an organotin compound. [Solution] A fiber treatment agent containing: 100 parts by mass of (A) a silicone elastomer, which is an addition reaction product of a component (A-1), a component (A-2), and a component (A-3), said components being (A-1) an alkenyl-group-containing organopolysiloxane having two or more alkenyl groups per molecule, (A-2) an organohydrogen polysiloxane having three or more hydrosilyl groups per molecule, and (A-3) a linear diorganohydrogen polysiloxane having hydrosilyl groups only at both molecular chain terminals; 0.1-8 parts by mass of at least one surfactant selected from among (B) anionic surfactants and (C) nonionic surfactants; 3-35 parts by mass of (D) colloidal silica; and 15-200 parts by mass of (E) water with respect to 100 parts by mass of the component (A) and the component (D) in total.
