Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a fibrillated mesh electrode, a solid electrolyte membrane, an energy storage device and a vehicle. The fibrillated mesh electrode comprises a fibrillated mesh active substance layer, a current collector and an ion conductor. The fibrillated mesh active material layer comprises a binder, active substance particles and conductive agent particles. The binder is fibrillated in situ and connects the active substance particles and the conductive agent particles by means of interactive meshes. The energy storage device and a management system, which are assembled with the fibrillated mesh electrode, are integrated on a chassis. The management system monitors charging and discharging of the energy storage device of the fibrillated mesh electrode. In the present application, the whole preparation process of the electrode is solvent-free, such that the drying energy consumption of the existing wet coating process is avoided, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and carbon emissions during manufacturing are reduced. The whole preparation process is solvent-free, green and low carbon, and environmentally friendly.
