Abstract:
This filler alignment film offers high positional precision with respect to filler alignment, can be adapted for use on a large area, and makes it possible to use a filler material that is available on the market and that has good particle size uniformity. The filler alignment film comprises a predetermined filler regularly aligned on a long resin film. The rate of consistency in the alignment of the predetermined filler in the filler alignment film in rectangular regions of a predetermined size in which the width is 0.2 mm or more and the length is 1000 times or more than the average particle size of the filler is 90% or more. The lengthwise direction of these rectangular regions is substantially parallel to the lengthwise direction of the filler alignment film, and the widthwise direction is substantially parallel to the short-side direction of the filler alignment film. The average particle size of the regularly aligned filler P is 0.4-100 µm inclusive.
