Abstract:
A control means (15) which controllably accelerates and decelerates driving motors (25, 26) of a second lateral seal mechanism (7) and a cutter mechanism (9) according to an actual dimension value (L') input therein by a set value input means (22) so as to control the proper position of a lateral seal portion (FS) of a film (F) controlled by a first lateral seal mechanism (6) so that it is repressed by the second lateral seal mechanism (7) and also to control it so that the proper position of the lateral seal portion (FS) of the film (F) controlled by the first and second lateral seal mechanisms (6, 7) is cut off by the cutter mechanism (9).
