Abstract:
This film bonding device is provided with: a stage (40) provided with a placement surface (40a) upon which a panel (P) is placed; and a position detection mechanism (70) for detecting positions of alignment marks (Pm) provided to the panel (P). The position detection mechanism (70) is provided with: illumination units (71) which irradiate the panel (P) upon the placement surface (40a) with illumination light; image-capture units (72) which capture images of positions irradiated with the illumination light; and an image processing unit (73) which processes the images to detect the positions of the alignment marks (Pm). Low-reflection parts (74) which reduce the reflectance of the illumination light are provided to positions of the placement surface (40a) which face the alignment marks (Pm).
