Abstract:
A film-forming composition characterized by comprising a triazine ring-containing polymer, which contains a repeating unit structure represented by formula (1) and has at least one terminal triazine ring, a crosslinking agent, inorganic fine particles, which have a hydrophilic group and a crosslinking group on the surface, and an organic solvent. [In formula (1): R and R' independently represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkoxy group, an aryl group or an aralkyl group; Q represents a divalent group having a cyclic structure and carrying 3-30 carbon atoms; and the symbol * represents a bond.]
