Abstract:
A film for optical applications, wherein a resin layer that contains a cured product of a curable resin composition is formed on at least one surface of a substrate. The curable resin composition contains (A) a polymerizable compound which has two or more groups represented by general formula (1) in each molecule but does not contain an alkylene oxide unit in the structure other than the groups, (B) a polymerizable compound which has three or more groups represented by general formula (2) in each molecule, and (C) a polymerization initiator. The mass ratio of component (A) to component (B), namely (A)/(B) is from 15/85 to 85/15. This film for optical applications exhibits excellent adhesion to a printing material and excellent bondability with an adhesive, while having good scratch resistance due to high surface hardness. In addition, this film for optical applications has excellent durability and is thus capable of maintaining these characteristics even if left to stand for a long period of time in a high-temperature high-humidity environment.
