Abstract:
A film profile comprising a composite structure formed by a first film layer (102) and a second film layer (104). The surface shape of the film profile is a circular-arc surface shape. The film profile is a composite structure formed by bonding and curing the first film layer (102) and the second film layer (104) on a cylindrical surface shape mold. Compared with conventional parabolic reflectors having the defects of great weight, difficulty in processing and high cost, the film profile has the advantages of light weight, simplicity in preparation, convenience in control and low cost.
