Abstract:
A film removing device (1000). The film removing device (1000) comprises: a machine base, a fixing tool (1), a positioning tool (2), and a film removing apparatus (3). The machine base is provided with a film removing station, and the fixing tool (1) is provided with fixing stations (11) used for fixing products (3000) to be subjected to film removal; the positioning tool (2) is provided with positioning portions (21) disposed corresponding to the fixing stations (11); the film removing apparatus (3) comprises a main body portion (31) and a film removing portion (32), the film removing portion (32) being movably disposed so as to move to the film removing station to pick up a film (2000) and to move away from the film removing station to remove the film, and the film removing portion (32) being provided with fitting portions (321); when the positioning tool (2) is located at the film removing station, the fitting portions (321) fit with the positioning portions (21). According to the film removing device (1000), the positioning portions (21) are used as a reference, the mounting position of the film removing portion (32) is quickly and accurately adjusted, and the time for calibration and adjustment of the film removing device (1000) is reduced, such that the stability of film removal is better than that of manual calibration, and the working efficiency is also improved.
