Abstract:
This film roll comprises a thermoplastic resin film having a thickness of 250 µm or less. Both the maximum value and the minimum value of the surface potential of the film roll measured at intervals in the width direction of 50 mm are -10 to +10 kV, and the difference between the maximum value and the minimum value of the surface potential is 5 kV or less. This manufacturing method is designed to manufacture a film roll comprising a thermoplastic resin film having a thickness of 250 µm or less, the method comprising the steps of: placing a static elimination device within 5 m from a winding contact point and neutralizing the charge on the thermoplastic resin film; and winding the neutralized thermoplastic resin film. The distance between a discharge unit of the static elimination device and the thermoplastic resin film is 30 to 100 mm.
