A film sealing-cutting machine, comprising: a frame (1), a compression plate (61), a heat sealing cutter (25), and a placement platform (4) arranged on the frame (1). The frame (1) is provided with a heat sealing-cutting edge (21) at a position corresponding to the heat sealing cutter (25); a fixing frame (8) is arranged on a side of the frame (1) corresponding to the placement platform (4), the fixing frame (8) is provided thereon with a pressing frame (66) and a sealing-cutting frame (22), both of which are capable of sliding up and down; the heat sealing cutter (25) is fixed on the sealing-cutting frame (22), the pressing frame (66) is fixedly connected to a lifting rod (63) which moves up and down, and the compression plate (61) is fixed at a lower end of the lifting rod (63); the fixing frame (8) is provided therein with an adjusting rod (t), the pressing frame (66) cooperates with the adjusting rod (t), which causes the pressing frame (66) to slide up and down on the fixing frame (8). By sliding the pressing frame up and down along the adjusting rod, an initial height of the compression plate relative to the placement platform may be adjusted, such that fabrics having different heights may be effectively compressed without having to disassemble the adjusting frame, resulting in convenient operations.
