Abstract:
A film tearing device and a film tearing method. The film tearing device is used for removing a film from a member with a film to be torn, and comprises: an easy-to-tear sticker (4), which comprises a clamping portion (41) and a bonding portion (42) adjacent to each other in a first direction; a film tearing roller (1), which comprises a first portion (11) and a second portion (12) arranged opposite each other, the film tearing roller (1) being configured to have a first state in which the first portion (11) and the second portion (12) cooperate to clamp the clamping portion (41) and a second state in which the film tearing roller (1) that clamps the clamping portion (41) rotates and moves in a second direction that is parallel to a surface of the member with the film to be torn; a first moving structure, which is configured to control the first portion (11) and/or the second portion (12) to move, so that the film tearing roller (1) is in the first state or the second state; and a pressure roller (2), which is located on a travel path of the film tearing roller (1) and is press-fitted to the surface of the member with the film to be torn; and a second moving structure, which is configured to control the pressure roller (2) to move in the second direction when the film tearing roller (1) is in the second state. The pressure roller (2) and the film tearing roller (1) cooperate with each other to perform film tearing, thereby improving the film tearing quality.
