Abstract:
Film tearing equipment (100), comprising a machine base (1), a fixing tool (2), a transfer apparatus, and a film tearing apparatus (4). The machine base (1) is provided with a film tearing station (1a); the fixing tool (2) is provided with a fixing station (2a) for fixing a product to be subjected to film tearing; the transfer apparatus is used for transferring the fixing tool (2) to the film tearing station (1a); the film tearing apparatus (4) corresponds to the film tearing station (1a), and comprises a mounting portion (41) and a clamping jaw mechanism (42) provided on the mounting portion (41); the mounting portion (41) is movably arranged and has a feeding stroke of moving to the film tearing station (1a) and a film tearing stroke of obliquely moving upwards and gradually away from the film tearing station (1a); the clamping jaw mechanism (42) comprises a first clamping portion (421) and a second clamping portion (422) that are oppositely arranged; and the first clamping portion (421) and the second clamping portion (422) can be movably arranged relative to each other so as to have a film clamping stroke that the first clamping portion and the second clamping portion are close to each other. The equipment is good in mechanical operation reliability and saves labor costs; and in the whole film tearing process, a product does not need to be taken out from the fixing tool (2), such that the stability of film tearing is good.
