Abstract:
The present invention provides a film-type check valve and a membrane pump having the check valve, in which: while an opening/closing part for selectively opening or closing an inlet hole in the check valve is provided in the shape of a plate, an elastic film is formed on a surface of the opening/closing part in contact with the inlet hole, and thus superior adhesion can be provided, compared to the prior art, preventing the backflow of fluid; and an ND magnet, which is connected to a membrane to displace the membrane according to the magnetic field generated from a coil, is provided, so that responsiveness can be improved compared to the prior art and a pump function can further be improved as well, and thus the injection amount of drug can be more precisely controlled.
