Abstract:

A film type planar heating element formed in a multilayer film shape so as to generate heat comprises: a base film, made of a synthetic resin material, that is mounted on the bottom thereof in a sheet film shape; carbon heating units, made of a carbon material, that are arranged in a plurality of rows so as to emit heat from the upper surface of the base film onto films; a pair of central adjacent copper foil bus bars which emit heat by applying a current from the central part of the base film to the carbon heating units, and which are adjacently facing each other so that the strength of an electromagnetic wave and a magnetic field is minimal during the current application; a pair of central silver bus bars, made of a silver material, that are between the carbon heating units and the central adjacent copper foil bus bars, so that the current applied from the central adjacent copper foil bus bars smoothly flows to the carbon heating units; and a Laminex film coated on the upper surface of the base film so that the carbon heating units and the central adjacent copper foil bus bars are protected.
