Abstract:
The present invention relates to a filter cartridge membrane integrity testing apparatus, comprising: a data acquisition module, an air compressor, a control module and a test module; the test module is respectively connected to the air compressor and to a filter cartridge membrane to be tested; the air compressor compresses air so as to obtain a compressed gas, and conveys the compressed gas to the test module; based on the compressed gas, the test module outputs a first pressure gas to the filter cartridge membrane to be tested; the data acquisition module acquires a first pressure change value of the first pressure gas in a first set time; the control module obtains a diffusion flow rate according to the first pressure change value, and, based on the diffusion flow rate, obtains a test result for the filter cartridge membrane to be tested. The present invention allows for increasing the precision of filter cartridge membrane integrity testing and for avoiding resource waste, and has a high degree of intelligence.
