Abstract:
The disclosed filter device has a case provided with a frame body, a partition, hollow sections, a coupling window, a resonance element, and a lid; and an antenna terminal connected to the case. The frame body is formed from a surface-treated steel plate having a metal layer on the surface, and the interior of the frame body is partitioned into a plurality of hollow sections by means of the partition. The coupling window connects adjacent hollow sections, and the lid is mounted to the aperture of the frame body by means of solder. The partition has a substrate of a non-magnetic body material and a conductive film formed on the substrate, the conductive film and the lid are electrically connected at the first end of the partition, and the conductive film and the frame body are connected by solder at the second end of the partition. A filter device with a low transit loss can be attained as the partition is a non-magnetic body.
