Abstract:
The present invention is capable of suppressing rotational flow near a filter material while removing air included in a liquid and generated by the rotational flow. The interior of the filter case 10 is provided with a filter element 30 having a substantially cylindrical filter material 33, and a substantially cylindrical inner cylinder 31 which contacts the inner-circumferential surface of the filter material 33 and is shorter than the height of the filter material 33. An intake part 41 for covering the bottom end of the filter case 10 has a substantially cylindrical hole 41b formed therein which is open at the top-end surface thereof. A tube-shaped part 41d, the two ends of which open to the lateral surface of the intake part 41 and the lateral surface of the hole 41b, causes the fluid to flow into the interior of the hole 41b from the tangential direction at a desired point along the lateral surface of the hole 41b. The hollow section of the inner cylinder 31 is provided with a flow-straightening member 50 which has a plurality of plate-shaped parts provided along a first center axis A. The locations in the height direction of the bottom end of the filter material 33 and the bottom end of the inner cylinder 31 are substantially identical, and the flow-straightening member 50 is provided near the bottom end of the filter element 30.
