Abstract:
Provided is a filter device having increased heat dissipation. A filter device 10 of the present invention comprises series-arm resonators S3, a parallel-arm resonator, and an external connection terminal (ground terminal 3C). At least one series-arm resonator (series-arm resonator S3) includes an IDT electrode 5, and first and second reflectors 6A, 6B disposed so as to sandwich the IDT electrode 5. The IDT electrode 5 includes first and second bus bars 16, 17 opposing each other, and a plurality of first and second electrode fingers 18, 19. The first reflector 6A includes first and second reflector bus bars 13A, 13B opposing each other, and a plurality of reflector electrode fingers 15A. The filter device 10 further comprises: an insulating film (first insulating film 9A) provided on the first reflector bus bar 13A of the first reflector 6A, and a wiring electrode (first wiring electrode 7A) provided on both the first bus bars 16 and the first insulating film 9A of the IDT electrode 5 in a straddling fashion. The first reflector bus bar 13A, the first insulating film 9A, and the first wiring electrode 7A constitute a stack portion (first stack portion A1), with the first reflector bus bar 13A and the first wiring electrode 7A electrically insulated from each other by the first insulating film 9A. The first reflector bus bar 13A or the second reflector bus bar 14A is connected to the ground terminal 3C.
