Abstract:
This filter device 10 includes: a first electrode 31 provided with a plurality of first openings 31b; a second electrode 32 provided with a plurality of second openings 32b and provided facing one surface of the first electrode 31; a filter material 34 provided with a plurality of apertures and provided between the first electrode 31 and the second electrode 32; a filter chamber provided in contact with the other surface of the first electrode 31 and supplied with a liquid to be processed that includes particles to be separated and a liquid; and a third electrode 33 that faces the first electrode 31 with the filter chamber interposed therebetween. The first electrode 31 and the second electrode 32 that sandwich the filter material 34, or the third electrode 33 are able to move in the facing direction in which the first electrode and the third electrode face each other.
