Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of filters. Disclosed are a filter membrane package and a packaging method therefor. The filter membrane package comprises: a liquid inlet flow-guiding screen; and filter units, each filter unit comprising a filtrate flow-guiding screen and filter layers provided on side edges of the filtrate flow-guiding screen. Each filter layer comprises a plurality of filter membranes, each filter membrane is provided with packaging holes and communication ports, the packaging holes are at least partially directly aligned and communicated with first through holes, and the plurality of filter membranes at least comprise a first filter membrane having maximum inner diameters of the packaging holes and a second filter membrane having minimum inner diameters of the packaging holes, and are stacked to form radial misalignment regions at the packaging holes; annular adhesive sealing layers are formed in the packaging holes and cover inner walls of the first through holes, inner walls of the packaging holes of the first filter membranes, and the radial misalignment regions between the adjacent packaging holes. In the present invention, a bonding structure between the filter membranes is simple and effective, the processing method is simple, and the processing cost is low; a feed liquid cannot flow out from a gap between the filter membranes, and the packaging effect of the annular adhesive sealing layers is good.
