Abstract:
Disclosed are a filter mesh and a sewage treatment device and method, which belong to the technical field of sewage treatment. The filter mesh comprises first mesh wires and second mesh wires, wherein the first mesh wires and the second mesh wires have the following weaving structure: a portion of the first mesh wires and the second mesh wires are staggered and distributed equidistantly in an X-axis direction; the remaining first mesh wires and second mesh wires are staggered and distributed equidistantly in a Y-axis direction; the first mesh wires located in the Y-axis direction successively pass through the first mesh wires and the second mesh wires located in the X-axis direction in a sinusoidal manner; and the second mesh wires located in the Y-axis direction successively pass through the first mesh wires and the second mesh wires located in the X-axis direction in a cosine manner. The filter mesh used in the sewage treatment device of the present invention is a three-dimensional woven mesh, which is a three-dimensional porous structure made by weaving two kinds of mesh wires of different mesh diameters. The filter mesh has the characteristics of high porosity, a large specific surface area, uniform pore size distribution and so on, and solves the problem in the prior art of incomplete filtration or blockages caused by a small flow.
