Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a filter pack in which pleat spacing can be maintained while suppressing an increase in pressure loss, and an air filter equipped therewith. [Solution] The filter pack comprises: a filter material having folds alternately repeated on the upstream side and the downstream side of airflow by pleating, at least one pair of upstream ventilation surfaces which face each other with a downstream fold interposed therebetween and into which the airflow flows, and at least one pair of downstream ventilation surfaces which face each other with an upstream fold interposed therebetween and from which the airflow exits; and a plurality of spacing members formed on each upstream ventilation surface and each downstream ventilation surface to maintain the spacing of each pair of upstream ventilation surfaces and each pair of downstream ventilation surfaces. The plurality of spacing members formed on the upstream ventilation surfaces are formed intermittently in a direction perpendicular to the folds, and at least one spacing member formed on one pair of upstream ventilation surfaces is in contact at two or more locations with at least one spacing member formed on the other pair of upstream ventilation surfaces.
