Abstract:
The present invention discloses a filter press with three excellent properties, with the aim of providing a time-saving, power-saving and water-saving filter press which covers all functions of existing filter presses and has relative simple structure, low cost and significantly high efficiency. The filter press is composed of a frame (5), filter boards (17), filter cloths (3), a filter chamber (14), a material pump, a water pump, a residue storage tray (12) or a residue transportation device, a filter board press device, a hydraulic system, and a control system. Adjacent filter boards (17) and a baffle (20) form the filter chamber (14); the filter chamber (14), a scarper device, a residue discharge device as well as a hydraulic system and a control system controlling the filter chamber (14), the scarper device and the residue discharge device to operate according to a technological process constitute the filter press.
