Abstract:
This filter unit comprises: a plurality of filter modules, each of which includes a plurality of hollow fiber membranes that are aligned vertically and arranged in a curtain shape and a pair of retaining members that fix the top and bottom ends of the plurality of hollow fiber membranes; and a plurality of air bubble generation modules that discharge air bubbles to the plurality of hollow fiber membranes, the plurality of filter modules being arranged at intervals and parallel to each other, wherein discharge ports of the air bubble generation modules are positioned between the lower retaining members of adjacent pairs of filter modules and above the bottom ends of the lower retaining members.
