Abstract:
A filter according to the present invention comprises a filter substrate having a first main surface and a second main surface on the opposite side from the first main surface and having formed thereon a plurality of through-holes that connect the first main surface and the second main surface, and a support disposed on the filter substrate, wherein: the support comprises a main body disposed on the first main surface and having a plurality of affixing parts disposed respectively in the plurality of through-holes, and protruding parts protruding from the affixing parts toward the outside of the main body in a direction along the first main surface, said affixing parts being those located on a side-wall side of the main body from among the plurality of affixing parts; and the thickness of the protruding parts is thinner than the thickness of the main body.
